Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is by phone or email. We will ask you questions in addition to those you answered on the inquiry form so that we can better understand what you like or dislike. We might ask you where you have vacationed in the past and what you liked about the most. We will also confirm your budget – this is very important because we want to make the best recommendations that we can within your budget.

Recommendations
After the initial consultation, we will give you an assessment on whether we are a good fit for your needs. We will then give you a rough estimate of whether your budget and your vacation wishes are compatible. If you choose to move forward, we will detail the next steps, which will include research, recommendations and a quote.

The Plan
If you agree to our recommendations, we will then work with our suppliers to pull all of the pieces together for you. We will also recommend travel insurance as it is vital that you are prepared for those unexpected events. We will process payments for you, apprise you of any changes along the way, present your travel documents prior to travel and answer questions you have throughout process.
